"...so that in every way they will make the teaching about God our Savior attractive." ~ Titus 2:10

Lakewood Ranch is an amazing place to live. But well-manicured lawns and endless shopping won’t satisfy the needs of our community. That is why we look for opportunities to get outside our building and into the community so we can be the hands and feet of Jesus. As we do, our hope is to make the message of Jesus Christ attractive.

solve

SOLVE Maternity Homes (solvehomes.org) is a ministry that serves expecting moms in need. SOLVE provides housing and vocational training in a Christ-centered environment.

We partner with SOLVE by supporting their ministry financially, bringing meals once/month, and doing work around the property. This ministry magnifies one of our core values—all life is sacred.

good news club

We partner with Child Evangelism Fellowship to offer an after-school program called the Good News Club during the school year. The Lord has opened this in-road for gospel ministry at Braden River Elementary on Thursday afternoons. We love on the students throughout the year through Bible lessons, fun activities, songs, and—of course—snacks.

parent night out

All parents need a break, so we do Parent Nights Out throughout the year. Kids play games and participate in lessons in “The Barn,” our children’s building. There’s a minimal charge to cover the pizza. For our next Parent Night Out, see our upcoming events on the home page.

community picnics

The best fellowship takes place outside the church walls in the community. Twice a year we host a cookout for the community at Greenbrook Adventure Park. Burgers. Corn hole. Volleyball. Playground.

If someone is hesitant about checking out one of our worship services on a Sunday, this is a low-key way to tip your toes into the life of our congregation. Bring a lawn chair and enjoy a relaxing night.

little ranchers preschool

Over 100 kids are enrolled in our preschool program called “Little Ranchers.” What’s great about Little Ranchers is that it gives two ways to reach out. We minister to the children through a Christ-centered program, and we get to invite the whole family to special events at church.

Little Ranchers is VPK-approved. Parents can select a Monday/Wednesday/Friday schedule, a Tuesday/Thursday schedule, or all five days. To learn more, go to www.littleranchers.com.

mops

Our Mothers of Preschoolers (MOPS) ministry has proven to be one of the most effective ways to connect with those in our area.

It's a wonderful way for moms to develop friendships and be mentored.
